Adventures in Veggie Burgers II

The best thing about making a whole mess of veggie burgers is that you can do other stuff with them. Like tacos! Tacos rule. I started with a whole wheat tortilla, added some fried veggie burger stuff and topped with avocado, bean sprouts, black olives and salsa. Yummy.
