“Love All” Nominated for a Posi Award!

The nominees for the 6th Annual emPower Music & Art’s Posi Awards have been announced and I’m so proud to say that “Love All,” a song I wrote with Biff Watson, has been nominated in the “Music That Matters” category! We are in the amazing company of Grammy Award Nominee Karen Taylor-Good and Marcy Baruch, who has a stunningly beautiful voice. I am so thrilled. I will be heading to Orlando, FL in January where I will have several opportunities to perform, including at the awards ceremony itself.

What I love about this song is that the message is absolutely universal. I was so honored to sing it at the Animal Rights Conference 2010 during the morning plenary featuring vegan Congressman Dennis Kucinich. What an opportunity!

My OWN Show and my CD!

Hello Friends,

My 3 song CD is printed and ready! It includes the songs “Let Go,” “Love All” and “Be Here Now.” It costs $5 plus $1 to cover shipping costs if you’d like to receive one in the mail. Otherwise, just grab me when you see me out and about or at one of my upcoming performances. I’ll be singing at the Music City Center for Spiritual Living on June 27th and at the Nashville Center for Spiritual Living on July 4th.

Nashville Positive Music Association Flood Relief Benefit

Please join us on Tuesday, May 25th at a special concert for Nashville flood relief. We have an amazing lineup of Positive Music artists, including Rand Bishop, Shawn Gallaway, Lance Hoppen, Annie Sims, Sean O’Shea, Laurie O’Shea, Yvonne Smith (hey, that’s me!), Karen Renee Robb, Gordon Ellis, the Voices of Unity Choir and the Nashville Center for Spiritual Living Band with Bob Teesdale, Brian Wright, Brett Cartwright, Lance Hoppen, Joel Atkins, Katie Doyle, Beth Younker and Lisa Peebles.

It all starts at 7:00 PM at the Unity Church for Positive Living in Old Hickory, TN. All donations and proceeds from the silent auction will benefit Hands on Nashville. See you there!
