Speaking at Vegetarian Summerfest

If you are planning on attending Vegetarian Summerfest this year, I hope you will come hear me speak.  My class will be called “Eating Vegan While on the Road” and I’ll be talking about just that.  There are some great speakers this year and I feel incredibly honored to be among them.

I attended my first Summerfest last year and it definitely changed my life.  I blogged about it here.

I’m really looking forward to seeing the incredible people I met last year and it will be great to make new friends as well.  Let me know if you’re going!

    For those who aren’t able to attend would you be able to do a highlight post?

    My husband and I recently became vegetarians and are wanting to transition to vegan but we have had a really hard time with food while traveling. We’ve got two young children and would love to see a blog with tips! I bet your presentation will be great!
