Well, of course I can’t speak for all vegans. That would just be silly! But THIS vegan prepared and enjoyed a lovely Christmas dinner of Celebration Roast, broccoli mushroom tofu quiche, homemade stuffing/dressing, mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts, all topped with Tofurky mushroom gravy.
